1. Partial frame: special aluminum profiles, corners, light steel keel, back baffle (aluminum-plastic board, Ou Song board will do)
2. Display part: cell board. Attachment covers: cable power cords.
3. Restrict part: Card, adapter board, cable. Note! (There is no need for adapter plates and cables for individual cards)
4. Partial power supply: 220V-5V power supply. Commonly used 40A, 30A. It depends on the condition of the work situation.
5. Small accessories: 16P cable, 16P card head and clips, three-core numeric cable, DB9 head DB9 plastic case, power cord, self-tapping. Strong magnets (brackets and magnets)
6. Tools: cutting machine, crimping pliers, electric iron, stripping pliers, screwdriver.
Assembly steps
To do a screen first to confirm the size of the frame, below I explain the way to cut the border. Take the most common 3.5*90 profiles and P10 cell boards for example. The display volume is 2 * 5 blocks.
1. Confirm the dimensions of the cell board to be very accurate to millimeters. Take the P10 cell board: Its size is 16cm*32cm.
2. Calculate the net size of the height and width of the cell board in the display. For example, the height is 2 * 16cm = 32cm and the width is 32cm * 5 = 160cm
3. Subtract 4mm from the calculated net size. As mentioned above, the net size is 32cm*160cm. Then the aluminum material size should be (32cm-4mm)*(160cm-4mm)=31.6cm*159.6cm. 31.6 and 159.6 are the actual dimensions of aluminum, and the display must be less than 5mm minus 3mm.
4. Use corners and cut-out profiles to be self-tapping and rectify, clean and tidy up completely, and place them face down.
5. Place the cell board in the correct direction, but you can't mistake the direction. Where there are pins, be sure to move toward the height of the profile.
6. Place the magnet holder column on the cell board and broadcast the magnetic disk into the recess of the nursery column.
7. Measure the required length of the light steel keel and cut it well. Place it on the magnet and try your best to get the magnet in the center of the keel to avoid deviations.
8. Use the self-tapping and the borders for the keel.
9. Use a flat cable to unit the unit board and build it into a bridge type. You can't let the cable be buttoned.
10. Fix the power supply to an appropriate location inside the profile. You can confirm where the power source is based on the bottom edge. The power supply is usually placed on the profile below the exposure screen. Note the insulation from the cell board.
11. Even if the power cord is connected to the power cord, the power cord must not be identified. The exposed screen is low-voltage office, but the current is very high. Instead of going all the way along, the full current of a P10 cell board is 4A, which means that a 40A power supply can have ten cell boards. The display screen is connected in parallel, that is, the positive electrode is connected to the positive electrode, the cathode is connected to the cathode, and the common VCC, +5V, and +V are positive electrodes. GND, COM, -V are cathodes. And the positive cathode must not be connected wrong, otherwise it will lead to unit blackboard retirement. Example: A 40A power supply is equipped with 10 unit boards. We can divide it into three pieces and put them together on a power supply at 5V once. Then we put three power supplies on the power supply and finally connect them to the power supply. . In other words, each circuit does not exceed 4 cell boards, so that the line will not be destroyed due to excessive current.
12. Place the card on the input of the cell board, and be sure to supply 5V directly from the power supply.
13. The pins of the card are in order. For example, JK1.JK2... or J1.J2...JP1.JP2... The position of one should be connected to the one at the top of the arrow on the input side of the cell board.
14. The affiliation of the cell board and the tamper block: The letter A of the white color is attached to the periphery of the general tamper-card pin 1, and the input end of the unit board also has such characters, as long as the two A are parallel platoons. It is accurate.
15. After finishing the above work, the sundries in the screen must be completely and tidy to avoid the aluminum with conductive end, the end of the iron, and the end of the thread falling into the circuit board to cause damage to the unit plate.
16. Completely arrange the work done, power test, the premise is to do a good job of the numerical line. Since most digital control cards are exposed before the value is changed, it is not normal. So, when you see a sign that shows up after power-on, it's dark, there are bright spots, etc. ... don't want to be Zhang Huang. Just make sure that the positive cathode is not connected and you don't have to worry about it.
17. Numerical line welding method: ordinary display only uses the following three kinds of two. Extension line: This is required for each display. As its name implies, its utility is to extend the numerical interface of the card to the outside of the screen. Since your display will eventually have to be sealed, you must not change the data once to remove the back cover. The materials he needs are: a long three-wire cable, a DB9 pin, and a DB9 hole. The number 6789 is marked on the top of each welding spot behind the DB9. We only need to have 3 of them on board. These three are 235 pins 2 and holes 2 are welded with one of the three wires inside. 3 and 3 Soldered 5 and 5 Soldered. Afterwards, fix the plastic shell to the end of the needle (because the hole is inside the screen).
The two non-intersecting lines are the same as those for the extended line. The difference is that the two lines that do not intersect are two DB9 holes. Both require plastic casing. The same applies to the staggered lines and the two non-intersecting lines. The difference is that the two staggered lines are connected to the other 3 and the 3 is connected to the other 2 and the 5 is still connected to 5. The two head plastic housings are also required.
18. The staggered lines and the two lines that do not intersect are based on the use of a debit card to vote on the application of parallelism that is still staggered.
19. The rest of the above office work is adjusted, provided that the display must be able to adjust the power. Because the market is making so many adjustments, I wouldn’t recommend it.
20. After the adjustment is completed, 2-3 days later, if there is no problem, the back cover can be closed. In the end it will be delivered!
Precautions
1. The unit board and the card must not be connected to more than 5V.
2. The positive cathode of all lines must not be connected wrongly.
3. It is necessary to thoroughly clean up the debris in the clean screen.
4. 220V AC is not divided into positive cathodes.
