Taojiang manganese ore cutting wall filling mining method
Tao sound source mine deposit is manganese carbonate, manganese shallow bed deposition, bedded output. The thickness of the ore layer is generally 0.5-0.7m, the inclination angle is 38°~50°, the upper part of the ore layer is steep, the lower part is gradually slowed down, and the local part is only about 20°. Because the ore layer is affected by the fold structure, the small fault is more developed, and the vein is inclined or inclined to form a wave. The roof is made of clay shale , medium-stable, and the direct floor is a relatively broken black shale with distinct boundaries. The ore contains 20% manganese and has good stability. Since the veins are extremely thin and poor, and the shape is variable, the roof is not allowed to be exposed for a long time in a large area. Since 1967, it has been exploited by the wall-filling method.
The stage height is 40~50m, and the stope is arranged along the strike, with a length of 90~120m (mainly divided by fault or along the vein), and the bottom column is 4~6m high. The stope structure is shown in Figure 1.

The stage transportation roadway is arranged in the stable rock in the lower plate, and a double-grain ore slip stone with an inclination angle of 40°~50° is arranged every 30m, and the roadway is drilled to a height of 4-6m from the floor of the transportation roadway. A ventilated patio is arranged in the center of the stope or on the side of the wind exit, and then the leeward contact roadway is connected with the return airway of the upper stage. The width of the mining is 1.1 to 1.5 m. After filling the surrounding rock with the upper shallow hole, the ore is collapsed. The ore in the stope is transported by a unicycle or electric raft.
