The use of chain hoists rules

Usage rules:

1. It is strictly forbidden to use overloaded cables.

2. It is forbidden to use other power than manpower.

3. Before use, make sure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.

4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung. The lifting chain should be hung vertically. There should be no wrong twisted link. The lower hook rack of the double-row chain should not be turned over.

5. The operator should stand in the same plane with the sprocket wheel to move the bracelet so that the sprocket wheel rotates in a clockwise direction, so that the weight can rise; in the reverse direction, the weight can be lowered slowly.

6. When lifting heavy objects, it is forbidden to do any work or walking under heavy objects to avoid major accidents.

7. During the lifting process, regardless of whether the heavy object rises or falls, when the hand chain is shaken, the force should be even and gentle. Do not use too much force to avoid the bracelet chain jumping or snap ring.

8. If the operator finds that the pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, the operator should immediately stop using it. Prevent damage to the internal structure to prevent falling accidents.

9. After the heavy object has landed safely and firmly, remove the chain hoist under the hook.

10. After use, take it gently, place it in a dry, ventilated place, and apply the lubricant.
