During use, you should pay attention to the following aspects:

2. The bearings used by the mainframe are precision bearings and may be damaged after prolonged use. The replacement of new bearings must not be lower than Class D, and it is better to use Class C.
3. The grease used in the main engine bearing is the advanced grease used in the grinding machine. The amount of oil to be added is based on the leveling bearing and should not be increased.
4. The mechanical speed regulating motor used by this unit is strictly prohibited to adjust the speed at the time of shutdown. The oil injection should always be observed.
5. Cyclone separators produced by our factory have high efficiency. If we find that the efficiency is reduced, we should check if there is air leakage in the air lock. The larger the air, the lower the efficiency of the cyclone separator.
6. Observe the pulse control instrument at least once in each shift. When observing the digital display, if there is a pulse valve blowing sound, if one pulse valve does not move, the ventilation area of ​​the bag will be reduced by 1/4, which will cause the unit air volume to decrease and affect the output.
