RE: COVID-19 (commonly referred to as coronavirus)

Dear Customer,

At Master Mechanic, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members is our primary focus.

We have been closely monitoring the rapidly-changing situation around COVID-19 (commonly referred to as coronavirus) and responding as new information emerges. We will continue to listen carefully to guidance from the government and leading health authorities.

Enhanced Sanitization

We continue to take preventative measures to reduce the spread of germs within our facilities.

Staff are required to wash their hands effectively as they enter and exit the facility as well as wipe down all touch points with provided disinfectant wipes and sprays.

Staff have been asked not to report to work if they are feeling ill and to self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days if they have been traveling internationally.

We remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by Health Canada and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local governments.

All of our franchise partners are empowered to make individual decisions on any additional precautionary measures they see fit. Please don’t hesitate to call or email your local Master Mechanic directly for more information on the status of any Master Mechanic location.

We continue to monitor this ever-evolving situation and will advise you with any further updates.

Thank you,
Todd Wylie
President
