Tire companies have repeatedly "blacklisted"

It is understood that as an important consumer product with relatively frequent transactions, tires often appear in the consumer process as a result of the failure of the purchaser to pay for the payment.

At the same time, some tire companies have often owed loans due to financial constraints or operational problems during the loan process, and have thus been reported to court by the relevant banks.

Therefore, the names of tire companies, dealers, or shops can often be seen on the “black list” of people who have been the defaulters of dishonesty.

In Shandong Province alone, there were more than 30 tire companies that had lost exposure to a single letter.

The data shows that up to now, there are already hundreds of rubber and tire companies in China, and they have been listed by the Supreme People's Court as a list of the country's untrustworthy executives/companies.

There are many reasons for these companies to be on the list. Some of them are loans or loans that are not returned, some are contract violations, and some are labor disputes, as well as wage arrears.

In May of this year, the name of Shandong Guoyi Rubber Co., Ltd. appeared in the list of defaulters exposed in Guangrao County, Shandong Province.

And what is surprising is that the company has not fulfilled the total target amount of only 5,000 yuan.

Lost believers are finally disciplined

According to the relevant regulations of the country, those who have been listed on the “black list” will be subject to certain disciplinary measures, including restrictions on the use of planes and trains, hotel accommodation, purchase of homes and vehicles, children’s education, tourism, and vacations.

Regarding the continuation of non-fulfilment of legal obligations, the court will also take enforcement measures such as fines, detention, and criminal liability.

Under heavy pressure, the “old Lai” cannot afford to worry. If you owe the money and don't pay it back, it means that you can't go out on vacation or travel happily.

Therefore, this disciplinary action has obvious effects. From January to June this year, a total of 840,000 untrustworthy executives across the country took the initiative to fulfill their obligations.

Since 2016, China has vigorously promoted the joint scrutiny mechanism for trustworthiness, joint incentives, and untrustworthy communications. To date, more than 60 departments have signed a joint trustworthy memorandum for trustworthiness and a joint disciplinary penal memorandum on dishonesty.
