·The first shared bicycle system group standard release

On November 6, China Communications Industry Association officially released the group standard "General Technical Requirements for Shared Bicycle Application System Based on Internet of Things" (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Requirements"), China Communications Industry Association Internet of Things Application Branch, Mobike Bicycle, China Authoritative professional institutions such as the Information and Communication Research Institute and leading enterprises in various fields participated in the formulation and release. This is the first community standard for shared bicycle systems based on the Internet of Things since the birth of the shared bicycle industry.
Sharing bicycles through the combination of mobile Internet and bicycles, effectively solving the city's "last mile" travel problem, is one of the typical applications of the Internet + and sharing economy. In the past year, while the sharing of bicycles has developed rapidly, there have also been some issues of concern, such as uneven vehicle quality, inability to locate satellites, and parking vehicles. It is necessary to design the system for sharing bicycles with relevant technical standards. The R&D, production and operation processes are regulated.
In response to the above situation, the China Communications Industry Association led the organization, China Communications Industry Association Internet of Things Application Branch, Mobike Bicycle, China Information and Communication Research Institute, China Mobile Internet of Things Co., Ltd., National Internet of Things Basic Standards Working Group and other 25 units participated In accordance with the requirements of the China Communications Industry Association Group Standard Management Measures, the publication of the group standard "Overall Technical Requirements for Shared Bicycle Application Systems Based on the Internet of Things" (T/CA001-2017).
Relevant leaders of the Operation and Monitoring Coordination Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, He Guili, Vice President of the China Information and Communication Research Institute, Zhao Xuedong, Vice President of the China Communications Industry Association, Zhang Hui, Secretary General of the National Internet of Things Basic Standards Working Group, and Meng Aili, Director of the Tyre Systems Laboratory of China’s ICT Wang Chenguang, director of the China Communications Industry Association Standards Committee, and Cui Shufeng, vice president of Mobai Bicycle, attended the launch of today's "Technical Requirements."
The "Technical Requirements" stipulates the overall architecture of the shared bicycle application system based on the Internet of Things, and the technical requirements for the functions, performance and information security of the user intelligent terminal side, the shared bicycle side and the enterprise application platform side in the architecture are domestic. The first community standard for shared bicycle systems based on the Internet of Things.
In terms of user service, the Technical Requirements states that the shared bicycle APP should be automatically settled after the end of the trip; it should have a deposit payment and return function; in addition, in order to regulate the user parking, it is necessary to have a parking area guidance function to recommend the destination near the destination. Parking area, as well as information on parking/riding areas.
In terms of vehicle technology, the "Technical Requirements" pointed out that the smart car lock is the informationized main body of the shared bicycle, and should have the functions of remote automatic unlocking, vehicle positioning, data communication, mobile alarm, power management, information reporting, etc. The billing is stopped within 30 seconds, and the bicycle position information is reported to be no less than 1 time/4 hours in the locked state; it should meet no less than 8000 fault-free switch lock cycles. In terms of information security, it should have the ability to prevent brute force; in terms of environmental adaptability, the Technical Requirements also regulate the performance of smart car locks in harsh environments and shocks.
In terms of enterprise platform, the "Technical Requirements" pointed out that the shared bicycle enterprise should establish a user credit system, which is reflected in the credit system for users who do not regulate the use of vehicles or illegal activities; should have big data management functions, and have the number of bicycles distributed in different regions. Analytical capabilities such as status, number of active users, number of trips per day, active area distribution, bicycle and personnel attribute statistics; support for electronic fence services, recording of parking in the electronic fence for users to follow the rules, the record in the user credit system In addition, it also regulates data security, access security, business security, and management and operation security of enterprise application platforms.
The release of the group standard will provide technical support for operators and manufacturers of shared bicycles, and provide an effective technical basis for the regulatory authorities to further enhance the service quality and user experience of shared bicycles.
