A salesperson of GAC Changyi Store introduced the license leasing process. The buyers first picked the favorite models in the store and signed a contract with the store. After the car was delivered, the car could be driven away. The content of the contract will clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties. The registered party of the vehicle is a 4S shop. The insurance is borne by the owner but the third party liability insurance needs to guarantee 1 million yuan. The rent for the first month is free. After that, the monthly rent is 3,000 yuan, regardless of the model. Once the customer shakes the contract, it can be terminated. It is reported that the rental policies of Guangzhou Automobile Auto's other two stores are similar. "The number of people who have participated in the shakes every month has started to decrease. We should be able to shake them up in less than one year. Our lease contract can last up to three years."

The lease of a car license is equivalent to the recycling of license resources. Once the previous lease contract is over, the 4S shop can lease the license to a new car buyer. However, most people in the industry believe that this is only a non-mainstream form of promotion. Both parties to the contract must bear the risk and be subject to the resources of each store's record car. It is difficult to form a scale.

At present, the release of the first batch of record vehicles in Beijing is nearing completion. According to statistics from the Asian Games Village Auto Dealing Market, the number of licenses for new car registrations dropped from 81% in February to 16% in April.
