The project adopts the comprehensive utilization technology of thermal cracking to extract fuel oil, and recycles organic waste such as waste tires into harmless and resource-based recycling. Among the used tires, 10% to 12% are steel wires, 30% to 35% are carbon black, and about 10% are non-degradable combustible gases. The rest can be processed into fuel oil. This technology separates the natural rubber or synthetic rubber from the used tires and carbon black through a series of processes such as thermal decomposition, and part of the combustible gases can play a role in supporting the combustion process. The entire process is low-cost and environmentally friendly. In the production of this project, about two tons of waste tires can be used to smelt 1 ton of diesel oil. The quality of oil products is close to the national standard. After deep processing, the gasoline and diesel vehicles can be used directly.
The project has built a total of 10 production lines. It annually disposes of 100,000 tons of waste tires, produces more than 40,000 tons of fuel oil, and the quality of oil products meets relevant national standards. The annual sales volume can reach 200 million yuan.
China and South Korea cooperate to use scrap tires to refine fuel oil
Qingdao Fu'anbo Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. has undertaken waste-tire tire refinery fuel oil technology and industrialization projects. It was built and put into trial operation at the Qingdao Bio-Energy Industry Base a few days ago. The company and South Korea’s Alpha Environment Co., Ltd. jointly invested US$30 million to complete this project, which solved the problem of one-time extraction of waste tires from refined oil products, resulting in high waste utilization.
