3 Hybrid method is a combination of Bayer method and sintering method. It has both serial and parallel contents. The high-grade ore is treated by Bayer method, and the resulting red mud is processed by sintering. In the sintering of the ingredients, low-grade ore is added simultaneously with Bayer red mud, and the final residue red mud is discharged by sintering.
This method is an original creation in China, which solves the technical problems in the burning of red mud clinker, but brings unfavorable factors such as complicated ingredients and increased production capacity of the sintering method to increase the cost of the product. China's current Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant, Guizhou Aluminum Plant in Shanxi Aluminum Plant and its associated processes are mixed.
At present, only the Huangfu Luodal plant in the world is produced by the joint method (series method), and the main indicators of its actual production are as follows.
