When asked what to do when encountering contract traps, more than half (51.8%) of youths will complain to consumer associations; 48.6% will deal with businesses; 40.4% will be exposed on the Internet; and 36.6% will refer to related administrations. Competent authorities complain; 34.3% of people will be exposed in the media; 24.5% will ask the arbitration department for arbitration; 22.6% will file a lawsuit in court. Only 13.6% of people said "tolerance".
For how to reduce the contract trap, 67.7% of young people believe that consumers should strengthen the sense of contract; 65.8% expect that the relevant parties will strengthen supervision; 55.9% of people say that the media should expose the areas and companies that have contract fraud; 54.6% The people suggested that a sound information assessment system be established; 47.7% of people said that they should strengthen the normative practice of trade associations; 42.1% believed that businesses should strengthen self-discipline.
