The project "Establishment and Application of Micro-Amplitude and Low-Frequency Vibration Generation and Measurement Device" won the third prize in the Applied Technology category. The project developed a micro-frequency low-frequency vibration generation and measurement device, which solved the measurement and calibration of micro-low-frequency vibration in micro-nano dynamic testing, achieved accurate measurement of weak vibrations, and studied standard equipment and traceability in micro-scale vibration. The technology has reached the leading domestic level, and at the same time provides technical support for research and application of precision displacement technology-related companies and scientific research institutes to provide technical support for low-frequency vibration measurement and verification.
