Hangzhou subway half-month check more than 700 passengers

Recently, the Shanghai Metro’s crazy flight evasion has sparked heated debates: During peak hours, several sites with heavy traffic have seen “cross-border brothers” and “crossing sisters” repeatedly. Only six months after the opening of the Hangzhou Metro, the morning and evening peaks sneaked in and out of the gate. According to the station personnel's description, of these fare evaders, there were also the most inbound and outbound gates, tripping and striking, and the use of forged subway company certificates to enter and exit.

For flight evasion, the Hangzhou-Hong Kong subway recently established a service inspection team. In two weeks, the inspection team checked the records of 9622 arrivals and departures, of which 976 were in violation, 779 were in need of replacement tickets, and 4 were forged.

Xiao Lu is a train attendant on the subway. He has seen a variety of fare evasion methods: “The peak hours are the most. There are mainly trips, forged documents, drill gates and follow-up gates, among which there are the most evasive votes.”

What is the brake? After the gate was swiped, it allowed more than one second to pass. In the peak period, people crowded, and some people went out with the person who had swiped the cards in front of them.

Unexpectedly, there are people who forge internal documents of the subway company and want to get in and out of the fare evasion through employee channels. A few weeks ago, Xiaolu had just met: “The man gave me a “document” and said that he was a subway worker and wanted to leave the station. I didn’t see it right. The color of the “document” was with us. The work permit is not the same. After checking on the computer and showing the filling, he immediately replaced him with the ticket."

The Hangzhou-Hong Kong subway service inspection team was established to detect and stop these flight evasion actions. A total of 16 patrol teams were involved. The patrol team is composed of station and ticketing personnel and rotates regularly, mainly during the peak hours at several stations such as the City Station, Longxiang Bridge Station, and Wulin Square Station. Each station works for one to three hours.

How are the evasion actions investigated? Zhang Junyi said: "According to the Hangzhou Urban Rail Transit Management and Management Measures, if there is no ticket to be found, it is generally based on the highest fare of the station."

However, due to the opening of the Hangzhou Metro for only half a year, many passengers are not familiar with the subway, so buying wrong tickets is also true. Under such circumstances, if you take the initiative to make up the difference on the help desk, you will not be evaded.
