Poor compression

Three mechanical failure

1 During light load operation, ON-OFF starts and stops, causing the eye spring to break.

2 The expansion valve action or the temperature sensing rod is placed poorly, causing the liquid in the compressor to return to the liquid, causing hydraulic damage to the valve.

Four noise

1 Compressed sound - The discharge pressure is too high and the refrigerant is too hot.

2 Internal noise - the suspension spring is broken and the rotor and stator of the motor are in contact.

3 motor sound - low voltage, compressor coil burnt odor, bearing damage, rotor and stator.

4 Metal tone - The valve is damaged and the spit tube is broken.
