At 12:48 on the afternoon, when rescue workers arrived at the scene, 19 people were still trapped.

The water flow at the scene was acute and the water depth was high. The rescue staff drowned for 15 minutes before gradually getting close to the trapped people.

Three firefighters took rescue ropes, broke into the building and pulled up a rescue tunnel.

Trapped people are older, most of them over the age of 50, and are rated for more than 70 years old. After being siege by the flood, emotions were also more exciting.

Firefighters then put on life jackets for them, using "human-to-human" methods to protect them, and the first batch of eight rescuers were sent out first.

Due to the increasing turbulence in the water, the distance of 50 meters was short, and everyone had spent nearly 20 minutes.

At 2:05 pm, all trapped people were safely removed.
